🎯 Role Summary
The Digital Analytics Specialist will deliver advanced analytics support for UNICEF’s paid media campaigns, optimize the digital donor journey, and provide training and mentorship to local teams. This role is central to accelerating UNICEF’s digital fundraising growth, implementing best-in-class analytics solutions, and supporting strategic decision-making in global fundraising initiatives.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Manage Digital Analytics and Media Analytics implementation, including GA4, Google Ads, META Ads, and BigQuery.
- Coordinate A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and CRO planning.
- Support local teams with analytics training, dashboard creation, and data validation.
- Lead Google Cloud Platform data ingestion and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and global media partners to leverage measurement innovations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with global standards.
- Document best practices and provide thought leadership for analytics processes.
🎓 Required Qualifications
Education:
- Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree + 2 years relevant experience may be accepted.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in Google Analytics, GTM, BigQuery, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or paid media analytics.
- Hands-on experience with GA360, Optimizely, DCM, Google Ads, and data warehouses.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms.
- UN experience is desirable.
Language:
- Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset.
